Shipping Policy

Each original painting is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of my control may occasionally occur.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all original artwork within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Packaging

Every original painting is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to protect it during transit. Please retain the original packaging until you have inspected your artwork and confirmed that it arrived safely.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an artwork has shipped, I may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Please retain the artwork and all original packaging while the damage is being reviewed, as they may be required for a carrier claim.
